The D3 gang all hope that the Board of Directors approve their business plan. Kriya prays for the D3 gang's success. They wonder if everything will be successful. They all meet in the rehearsal hall. They wonder where Rey is. Sharon calls Rey and finds out that he is waiting outside the VP's office. Rey wait outside the VP's office and tries to hear what is going on in the meeting. He hopes that everyone is convinced and approves the project. The VP comes out and bumps into Rey. Rey asks him what happened. The VP tells him that though the Board of Directors liked the proposal, they don't think that the D3 gang have the experience to open a dance academy.
Rey goes into the meeting room and confronts the Board. He asks them why they rejected the plan. They tell him that they don't think that the D3 gang will be able to handle such a responsibility. The VP is shocked by Rey's behavior and asks him to leave the room. After the meeting, the VP calls the D3 gang. He tells them that the Board of Directors have rejected their proposal. He also scolds Rey for acting immaturely with the Board. He tells them team that when they leave college, they will face several such rejections and they should learn how to handle those rejections without losing their cool.
Swayam talks to Kriya and tells her about what happened. Kriya feels unhappy for Rey. She wonders how Rey will be able to comeback from this rejection. She thinks about telling Swayam about her admission in the London School Of Arts but does not get a chance to tell him. She wonders what lies ahead for the D3 gang. Swayam notices Kriya's concern for Rey and assures her that everything will be alright.
