Swayam asks Rey to meet him. Swayam is shocked to hear that Rey is attending Taani's engagement and wants to make sure that Rey is okay. He talks to Rey and tells him that he is glad that he is coming. Swayam tells Rey that attending Taani's engagement is the right decision. He tells Rey that he is very strong and makes all of this seem so easy. He tells Rey that if he was in his position, he wouldn't have been able to attend Sharon's engagement. Rey thanks Swayam for his support and thanks him for being such a good friend to him.
Mr Shikhawat is busy with the engagement preparations. He wishes that Swayam was with him to help him out. Just then Swayam steps in. Father and son have an emotional bonding moment. Mr Shikhawat asks Swayam about the others. The gang make their way to the farm house for the engagement. They are impressed by the traditional decorations. Mr Shikhwat is pleased to see all of them. He guides them to their rooms. Swayam wonders where Sharon is. Just then Sharon walks in. She struggles to carry her bag and stops midway.
The guests and servants stare at Sharon because of her attire. Swayam notices the attention that Sharon is getting and helps her with her bag. He tells her that everyone's attention is on her because of her attire. Sharon decides to dress traditionally for the engagement. Rey walks in and looks for the others. When he doesn't see the others, he walks in the house in search of them. Meanwhile, the D3 gang meet Taani. They congratulate her on her engagement. Taani is happy to see all of them but she looks for Rey. Sharon assure Taani that Rey has come.
After the D3 gang leave Taani's room, Rey happens to walk by. He looks in and sees Taani sitting on the bed with the dupatta on her head. He turns away but knocks down a pitcher. Taani hears the commotion and goes out to check. She sees Rey walking away and calls out to him. Rey and Taani see each other after a long time. They both get emotional.
